Li Gardiner, a san Franscisco based graphic designer says making jewelry comes naturally. She loves to work with the her hands making wearable art.
Her jewelry, available at the Gallery is surely unique. Jewelry made from printed circuit boards with complex gold and silver patterns, embellished with electronic components such as fuses, diodes, resistors and capacitors.
Something you have to see, truly unique and beautiful.
Li began her career reading blueprints and entering data at IBM, back when mainframes were the bleeding edge of technology. She began dsigining on commputes as soon as digital applications were created for the Apple IICX -(not thats way back). Incorporating the circuitry from these computers seemed like a natural path for her to follow.
